You can schedule all appointments by texting or calling our office. We also offer a complimentary 15-minute Meet & Greet over video or phone to help you decide if we’re the right fit for your family. As your due date approaches, we’ll stay in touch to arrange your first home visit once your baby arrives.

 Yes, we provide telehealth consultations for prenatal newborn care consultations, follow-ups and lactation support.

No, Samy Pediatrics operates on a fee-for-service basis and does not accept insurance. Payment is required at the time of service. We can provide an itemized receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. 

There’s no need to stress! Simply make sure there’s a cozy and quiet space where we can focus on your baby’s care. Have any medical records or hospital discharge papers handy, and jot down any questions you might have.

Dr Samy travels within the Seattle city limits. For families located in areas such as Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Renton, Shoreline, Bothell, Kenmore, Mercer Island, Tukwila, and Burien, we are happy to extend our service for an additional fee. Please contact us to confirm if we serve your area.

We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

We offer phone and email support during business hours for follow-up questions or concerns. For emergencies, please contact 911 or your local hospital.
